do you guys come up with random ass characters in your head with back stories and everything but then never do anything with them .. you just make em up and you absolutely adore drawing them but then when you do ... everyone's like "WTF who the fuck are they?"

I do this all the time ... and I feel bad because nobody ever gets to experience my characters the way I know them ... because well their stories are in my head but I just never end up drawing them in comic form or whatevs >.<
